S/he must be experienced in graphic design software packages including page layout and design, word processing, illustration and photo retouching/manipulation. S/he must be proficient in Adobe Design Suite software, creating HTML and flash files.

The contractor will create original designs and will prepare files for print and electronic distribution, and must be knowledgeable about requirements and specifications for each format. Ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork are retained by Salem State University.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design software packages including page layout and design, word processing, illustration and photo retouching/manipulation
• Must be proficient in Adobe Design Suite software, creating HTML and flash files
